Research comes before recommendation. We would rather decline to hold a view than hold one we cannot explain plainly, and we prefer a small number of well-understood decisions to a large number of quick ones.
Relationships are intended to be long. That shapes how we communicate: directly, without jargon, and with the reasoning behind each decision made available to the client rather than reserved for the adviser.
